So loads of people don’t know how they feel about denim on denim. Well, if we are going to get acquainted, you are going to have to accept me and my love for the color blue and putting denim pieces together.

I think denim worn this way can give an outfit a certain edge and crisp-ness. The trick is to have the denim vary in color (the colors of the denim pieces being too similar could make you look like a farmer outback, and if that’s not the look you are going for – abort mission)

The other thing about the denim on denim look is that it doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg, brands like glassons, witchery, zara, kookai and loads more street brands do great denim looks for all body types and I recommend you start you search there first.

As always I finish it off with accessories… and I think denim blue is subdue and lends itself to accessories that POP! In my case the leopard print pops. Oh yeah, as well as my penchant for denim on denim, I might have a slight addiction to leopard print… but more on that later. I’m easing you in :)

Love, V x
